Postal charges at checkout apply to the uk only, customers outside of the uk should make contact before making any orders,to request postal charges for their location.

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours when PayPal payment clears, the delivery cost is based on the total weight, the dimensions and the area that you are based in. Please note that delivery times will vary occasionally and this is outside our control, especially during December when post slows up domestically and internationally, so if shopping for Christmas make sure to get that order in early! All of our items are despatched in perfect condition and well packaged for shipping.

Returns

All sales are final
If you are not happy with your item, we gladly accept returns given that you follow our guidelines and also understand our returns policy..

Please make sure the item is in the exact condition as when it was sent, item is returned to us immediately, it is required that you email or call us regarding your return and receive authorization to return an item. Please treat the item with great care while in your possession, if the item is returned to us damaged while in your care you will not receive a refund.

Please read our rules and guidelines regarding returns below:
To return an item, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and receive authorization. Items must be shipped back immediately within 3 days of receipt. The item should reach us within 8 days of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable.

Each item must be returned in the same condition it was sent: undamaged and with the bill of sale attached. You will not receive a refund if the item is damaged. Items returned without authorization will only be granted a refund at our discretion.

The purpose of authorization is to deal with the rare case where an item is being returned against our policy.
